Reading Challenge:

    • Classes compete by total minutes read (averaged per student).

    • 🏆 Winning class gets a lunch-time pizza party.

    • Classes will compete against each other as follows: PreK 3&4 VS Kindergarten, 1st VS 2nd , 3rd VS 4th , 5th VS 6th , 7th VS 8th.

 

Fundraising Challenge:

    • Classes compete by total dollars raised (averaged per student).

    • 🍦 Winning class gets a Culver’s custard party.

Grand Prizes

One student with the overall most minutes read will receive 2 lower level Timberwolves tickets for a late March game, and one student with the overall most funds raised will win 4 lower level tickets to a Twins game (date TBD). If the winner doesn't want the event tickets, they can choose the $150 gift card of choice instead.

Individual Prizes

  • ​Onve student from each grade group will win a prize for most minutes read, and most funds raised. 

  • PreK vs Kinder Little Tykes Dream Machine for most minutes read, Giant Marble Run for most funds read. 

  • 1st vs 2nd: Bluey Lego, Despicable Me 4 Lego

  • 3rd vs 4th, 5th vs 6th, & 7th vs 8th:  Choice of Beats Headphones (Black & Silver or White and Gold), Minecraft Lego, Moana Lego, or Star Wars Lego for minutes read or funds raised.
